MOQ と納期を決めているもの
A minimum order is a setup cost expressed as a quantity. A lead time is a queue plus a process.
What moves the MOQ
The three drivers are print (plates or cylinders and their minimum run), film (custom widths and printed film), and basis weight or width changes that require a dedicated web.
A stock format with a neutral pack has the lowest minimum. A printed private-label pack in a custom width has the highest. The gap between them is usually a setup question, not a price question.
What moves the lead time
Not the towel. The queue at the printing stage, the film supplier, and the booking slot for a container move a date far more than the production of the web does.
The practical consequence is that a change of artwork two weeks before shipment is more expensive than a change of basis weight at the same point — which is the opposite of what most buyers expect.
