Spunlace towelling, made to your specification.
Hydroentanglement — fibre bonded by water, not by a chemical binder.
Qingcare manufactures disposable nonwoven facial, salon and bath towels on OEM and private-label terms, for distributors, salon groups, hotels and hygiene brands in Japan and Korea.
Four lines, one construction method
Every towel starts as a web of fibre and is bonded by high-pressure water. What changes between lines is weight, blend, fold and pack.
-
Facial towels
A light spunlace towel for cleansing and facial treatment, folded for dispenser boxes, sachets or bulk cartons.
QC-F -
Salon towels
A heavier spunlace towel for hair salons: it takes water out of hair quickly, then goes straight into the laundry skip instead of the wash.
QC-S -
Disposable bath towels
A large-format spunlace towel for hotels, ryokan and spas: one per guest, usable wet, packed to the room or the amenity cart.
QC-B -
Custom and private label
Development of a towel to your own specification, from a starting point on our existing constructions or from a blank sheet.
QC-C -
Jumbo rolls
Hydroentangled web in roll form for converters who slit, print, wet or pack in their own plant.
QC-R -
Compressed towels
A spunlace towel compressed into a coin or tablet for travel kits, amenity sets and retail packs.
QC-C -
Sheet mask substrate
A fine spunlace web for pre-cut cosmetic masks and cleansing sheets, quoted by cut pattern and by liquid behaviour.
QC-M
How the web is made
Five stages between bale and carton. The third decides how the towel behaves.
- 01
Carding
Bales are opened and blended, then combed so the fibres lie parallel.
- 02
Web forming
Layers are laid to the target weight. The evenness of this stage becomes the evenness of the finished towel.
- 03
Hydroentanglement
High-pressure water jets from above and below push fibres through the web and wrap them around one another. No binder is added.
- 04
Dewatering and drying
Water is drawn out and the web is dried under tension so that it holds its width.
- 05
Winding and converting
Slitting, embossing or perforation, folding, packing. This is where a roll becomes your product.
Specifications, measured
This is the sheet we fill in with you. The left column is the variable; the middle column is what actually moves when you change it. Figures are stated on the quotation, measured on the material you will receive.
- Fibre blend
- Polyester, viscose or cotton, and whether wood pulp is included. The blend sets softness, absorbency and wet strength at the same basis weight.
- Confirmed at quotation
- Basis weight
- A heavier web absorbs more and drapes less. A lighter web feels softer against skin and uses less material per piece.
- Confirmed at quotation
- Width and slit
- Roll width and slit width decide how many pieces fit across the web and how much edge trim is lost. Trim loss is a direct cost line.
- Confirmed at quotation
- Fold
- Z, V, C or single fold. The fold must match the dispenser and the packing line, and it changes converting cost per piece.
- Confirmed at quotation
- Packing
- Poly bag, sachet, dispenser box or bulk carton. Print, labelling and barcode placement follow the pack format you choose.
- Confirmed at quotation
Every figure in a quotation is measured on the material you will receive. We do not publish indicative numbers as if they were guarantees.
Who we manufacture for

One towel per guest, packed for the room or for the amenity cart.
-
Hygiene and personal-care brands
Constructions designed around a product claim, with the data sheet that supports it.

Send us the specification you are working to.
A target weight, a pack format, a market and an annual volume is enough to start. A sample of what you use today is better.
