Your specification, or ours as a starting point
There are two ways to start. If you already sell a towel you are happy with, we match the construction and change only what you need to change — pack, print, fold or size. If you are launching a line, we start from the use case and build the construction around it.
Either way the process is the same: agree the variables, sample, measure, then fix the data sheet. Nothing goes into a quotation as a guess.

Artwork, labelling copy and barcode data stay your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing; we produce to the approved file.

- An existing construction you want matched, or a use case with no reference. The first is faster and cheaper; the second needs one more sampling round.

- Print and artwork
- Print runs on the pack, not the towel. Plate or cylinder cost is one-off and depends on the number of colours.

- Composition, origin and care text must satisfy the rules of the market you sell into. You confirm the wording; we print it as approved.

- Sampling
- One round to check hand-feel, one to check the pack. Sample cost and lead time are quoted with the project, not published as a fixed price.

- Minimum order
- Driven by print tooling and pack format more than by the towel itself. Standard packs on an existing construction start lowest.

- Quoted from approval of artwork and sample. Development rounds are scheduled before production slots are reserved.

Every figure in a quotation is measured on the material you will receive. We do not publish indicative numbers as if they were guarantees.

Yes. Send your draft or ask for ours, and we will return it signed before any files are exchanged.
