Hotels
A hotel programme is decided by the housekeeping round, not by the towel catalogue.
The specification question in a hotel is rarely "what is the softest towel". It is what the room attendant can carry, what survives a guest who uses it twice, and what looks correct folded on a shelf that a guest can see. Those three constraints narrow the format before the fibre is discussed.
We quote hotel programmes by pack format first and basis weight second, because a towel that is right in the hand and wrong in the cart gets returned.
Common mistakes
- Choosing the lowest basis weight and then discovering the towel tears at the corner when unfolded
- Specifying a printed pack before the language mix of the property is settled
Other applications
Send us the specification you are working to.
A target weight, a pack format, a market and an annual volume is enough to start. A sample of what you use today is better.
