Disposable bath towels
A large-format spunlace towel for hotels, ryokan and spas: one per guest, usable wet, packed to the room or the amenity cart.
QC-B
Large format, wet strength where it matters
A bath towel is judged wet. The specification question is not only how much it absorbs, but whether it still holds together after it has been soaked, wrung and used a second time.
Wet strength comes from the fibre blend and from how densely the water jets have entangled the web. Both are fixed before production, which is why this product is specified by sample rather than by description.
Where it is used
- Hotel and ryokan guest rooms, including single-use amenity programmes
- Spa, onsen and wellness facilities
- Gym, pool and locker-room supply
- Emergency and travel kits
For guest-room use, pack format usually matters as much as the towel: flat pack, roll pack or carton, with or without a printed wrap.
Specification sheet
- Fibre blend
- The blend is the main control on wet strength. Pulp-containing webs feel softer and absorb faster but lose strength when soaked.
- Confirmed at quotation
- Basis weight
- Large formats need enough weight to stay opaque and to feel like a towel rather than a sheet when wet.
- Confirmed at quotation
- Cut size
- Driven by whether it is a body wrap, a hair-and-shoulder towel, or a hand towel in a larger carton.
- Confirmed at quotation
- Wet strength
- Specified as a target, then confirmed by a trial: absorb, wring, use again. It is the figure that decides whether the towel survives a real guest.
- Confirmed at quotation
- Packing
- Flat pack for room placement, roll pack for carts with limited depth, carton for housekeeping back-of-house.
- Confirmed at quotation
- Minimum order
- Large formats consume material quickly, so minimums are usually reached with fewer pieces than smaller constructions.
- Confirmed at quotation
Every figure in a quotation is measured on the material you will receive. We do not publish indicative numbers as if they were guarantees.
Questions buyers ask
Is it flushable or compostable?
Not by default. Dispersibility and compostability are specific constructions that need their own testing, and we quote them only when the test basis for your market is agreed first.
