Clinics and aesthetics

A clinic buys the same towel as a salon and asks a different set of questions about it.

Where a clinic is the buyer, the procurement conversation starts with documents rather than samples: what the web is made of, whether a binder is present, how the material is packed, and what can be declared in writing. Hand feel is still decisive, but it is checked after the paperwork.

We do not claim medical certification of any kind for our towel lines, and a clinic should treat any supplier who does so without a scope statement with suspicion. What we can do is describe the construction precisely and put it in writing.

Common mistakes

  • Accepting a verbal assurance of "medical grade"
  • Leaving the packing format to the supplier default

Send us the specification you are working to.

A target weight, a pack format, a market and an annual volume is enough to start. A sample of what you use today is better.
