Who is responsible

qingcare.com is operated by Qingdao HWHR Health Products Co., Ltd. Registered address: 1# Factory Building, No.4515, East of Jiaozhoubay Road, Huangdao District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China.

For any question about this notice, or to exercise a right described below, write to [email protected]. We answer from that address.

What this site does not do

There is no account, no login, no contact form, no newsletter and no online payment. We do not run advertising, remarketing or profiling, and we do not sell or rent data to anyone.

The site is a set of static pages. Nothing you type here is transmitted to us, because there is nowhere to type it: enquiries go by email to the address above.

What is measured

Google Analytics 4 runs on every page through the standard Google tag, with measurement ID G-B2WZSHJ5JS. When you open a page, your browser sends Google a request containing:

• the address and title of the page you opened;
• the page you arrived from, if your browser sends it;
• browser name and version, operating system, screen size and interface language;
• interaction events, such as scrolling to the end of a page or clicking a link that leaves the site;
• a random client identifier, kept in a cookie, that lets Google treat repeat visits as one visitor.

What is not sent to us

Your IP address is used by Google to derive an approximate location — country, and at most city — and is not stored by Google Analytics. We never see individual visitors in the reports, only aggregate counts: how many people opened the Japanese home page from a search engine in a given week, which guide was read, and similar.

Because enquiries arrive by email, we hold your name, address and message only once you choose to send them, and we use them to answer that enquiry.

Cookies

The Google tag sets two first-party cookies on qingcare.com, both for analytics: _ga, and a second cookie whose name ends with the measurement ID. Both last up to two years and contain a random identifier, not your name or email address.

Our own server sets no cookies: responses from qingcare.com carry no Set-Cookie header. No cookie on this site is used for advertising.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland

Analytics storage is set to "denied" by default for visitors in those countries. In that state the Google tag writes no analytics cookies and reads no identifier from your device; Google receives a cookieless measurement ping.

We therefore show no consent banner. If we ever add one, this page will say so.

Who else is involved

Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC provide Google Analytics. Cloudflare, Inc. delivers the site and applies its own security measures to requests. Both act as our service providers and process data under their own terms; that processing may take place outside your country.

How long it is kept

We keep no copy of visitor-level data; this site has no database. What Google holds is governed by the data-retention setting of our Analytics property, and we can confirm its current value on request.

We read only aggregate figures — how often a page was opened, which pages are read together — to decide what to write next.

Your choices

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser at any time; the site reads the same without them. Google also publishes a browser add-on that switches Analytics off for every site you visit.

Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to have it deleted, or to object to the measurement described here. We reply by email.

Changes

If what we measure changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. The current version always sits at qingcare.com.
